The services sector is one of the most developed sectors in northern Italy. Therefore, there is a growing need for the construction of new commercial buildings. LGA works on the design, works management, and safety coordination of new shopping centres, points of sale, and commercial structures in general. Prefabricated structures play a key role in the services sector. These structures may be made with prefabricated reinforced concrete, metal carpentry, or laminated wood integrated with solid x-lam panels.
Thanks to recent important investments, LGA is able to tackle the various problems related to structural calculation and executive design. One added benefit is the possibility of working on 3D designs in the structure modelling phase, the finite element modelling phase, and also in the analysis of all the nodes and all the structural elements that require verification. Furthermore, considering that companies in the commercial sector tend to build brand awareness using standard buildings, our design team can develop these standard models that can be adapted to bring authenticity to a company’s commercial buildings.
